It's a gorgeous fall weekend with no shortage of fun things still to do. Here's our picks for great fun on Sunday Oct. 3rd:

Makin’ Music at Linvilla Orchards
Media, PA

Head out to Linvilla Orchards this Sunday Oct. 3rd for a day of pumpkin picking, hayrides and more and then cap off the afternoon with a live concert by Makin’ Music, popular children’s music band, at 4pm. Kids young and old will dance and sing along to this fun family favorite. Free. Attraction prices vary.

Downingtown Fall Fest
East Lancaster Ave
Downingtown, PA

The Downingtown Fall Fest taking place this Sunday Oct. 3rd from 12-4pm (rain or shine) is sure to please little and big kids alike with a BMX aerial show, Games2U entertainment, a beer garden sponsored by Downingtown’s own Victory Brewery, and harvest delights from local farmers markets. Live music kicks off at noon with the School of Rock.

Morris Arboretum Fall Festival
Philadelphia, PA

The Morris Arboretum hosts its Fall Festival this Sunday Oct. 3rd from 12-3pm. Don’t miss this afternoon of autumn fun that has become an annual tradition for many families. Make your own scarecrow, paint a pumpkin, learn about beekeeping and sample different varieties of apples. Free with admission, $7-$14, additional fees for some activities

Media Food & Crafts Festival
Media, PA

Media's 30th annual Food & Craft Festival features restaurants, crafts, kids' games & music and more this Sunday Oct. 3rd from 10am-5pm.

Philly Swap

PHILLY SWAP is a giant, community-wide clothing swap that brings hundreds of people together to shop, swap, reuse, and recycle. In addition to unlimited swapping, attendees can watch craft and construction demonstrations, learn about local artist and designers at the community partner tables, have one of their finds transformed by a local artist at our silk screening stations, or sit in on a talk about sustainable changes in the garment industry. In its third year, Philly Swap has outgrown its space, moved to a bigger and most fabulous location and expanded its programming to include kids clothing and workshops and kids 10 and under get in free. Plus, a portion of our proceeds goes to the Village of Arts & Humanities and all leftover clothing will be donated amongst our community partners. Tickets $20. Kids 10 and under get in free.
