The December holiday fun continues this weekend with everything from Dickens to Reindeer Games and everything in between. Don’t miss the holiday fun for all this weekend!

A Christmas Carol
Saturday December 10th

Families will enjoy this hour-long kid-friendly adaptation of the classic Dickens’ tale, A Christmas Carol, at the Walnut Street Theater this Saturday December 10th at 11am. Tickets run $10-$15.

Narberth Dickens Festival

This free family friendly Dickens Festival will take place in downtown Narberth on Saturday December 10th from 12 noon – 4pm and sees the borough of Narberth transformed into 1840s London as Ebeneezer Scrooge and all the characters from Dickens classic, A Christmas Carol roam the streets for an afternoon of holiday fun. This free event for all ages features a scavenger hunt for the kids as well as crafts, music, food, ice sculpting, horse and carriage rides, Victorian carolers, a free showing of A Muppet Christmas Carol, entertainment and more.

McShain Performing Arts Center

Take the kids to see this beloved children’s classic Winnie the Pooh come to life on stage at the McShain Performing Arts Center in Rosemont this weekend. Shows run Friday December 9th at 7:30pm, Saturday December 10th at 2pm, and Sunday December 11th at 1pm. Tickets range from $9-$18.

Enjoy the holidays like never before at Santa Days at the Philadelphia Zoo running Satruday and Sunday December 10th and 11th from 10am – 3pm. Watch the animals “open presents”, sing Christmas Carols to the animals, join the Zoo Holiday Parade, watch Santa as he feeds the penguins, polar bears and tortises and of course visit with Santa for that special photo opp. Bring a card for the animals and Santa’s helpers will make sure it gets hand-delivered to them! Free with Zoo admission.

Kids will enjoy some time up and close and personal with Santa’s special reindeer friends at the Norristown Farm Park on Sunday December 11th starting at 2pm. Kids can listen to a reindeer themed original story, make a reindeer craft, find reindeer food and even play reindeer games! Geared for ages 3 and up with an adult. $4 per child.

8th Annual Latkepalooza and Holiday Bazaar
