World’s Fair of Money

The World’s Fair of Money is happening in Philadelphia at the Convention Center through Saturday August 11th. Bring the family out to see more than $1 billion of historic rare coins and colorful paper money at the Convention Center. Sponsored by the American Numismatic Association this event features historical exhibits and over 1,000 professional dealers will be giving free appraisals if you bring in your old coins and paper money. $6 per person, ages 12 and under free.

Don't miss the final day of the 23rd Annual Pennsylvania Dutch Festival at Reading Terminal Market Saturday August 11th from 8am - 5pm. Come out to enjoy a celebration of the rich traditions, foods, crafts and fun of the Pennsylvania Dutch. Kids will love the live farm animal petting zoo plus carriage rides around the market and more. And, of course enjoy tasty traditional PA Dutch treats like Shoefly Pie doughnuts, homemade ice cream and lots more. Free.

The 84th Annual Chester County Old Fiddler’s Picnic is taking place this Saturday August 11th from 10am – 4pm in Coatsville, PA.
