It’s a celebration of Mexican independence on Sunday September 14th from 1-7pm at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing. There will be plenty of live music, vendors, food and fun. And then after the festival the celebration continues with a live Mariachi band and fireworks show at the Spruce Street Harbor Park from 7-8pm. Free.
